At the current moment whilst we are awaiting an official premises, as all orders will be shipped straight from the manufacturer(s). Due to this, your order may be shipped in multiple parts/boxes so we would advise that you wait until all of your items have arrived before commencing any work on your car.

Our standard shipping rates are based on the brands of products that are in your cart and where you are located. For individual brand shipping please contact us by clicking here.

How do I return an item?

We're sorry to hear that you want to return something. In order for us to process your request we will need the following information when you contact us via our form:

  • Your full name

  • Order #

  • Billing Address

  • Delivery Address (if different to the billing address)

  • Reason for return

As set out in our Terms and Conditions, staff reserve the right to refuse a return if the return is not in line with our policies. Please note that some manufacturers require a re-stock fee if you return an item that isn't damaged. If this is the case we will either call or email you to discuss how much the restocking fee is and how you would like it to be paid. Payment can either be deducted from your refund or can be paid separately. 

If you are returning an item for any reason other than it being damaged then we will not cover the return postage. If the item is damaged then please make sure to send us photographic evidence so that we can investigate this with the manufacturer and either organise a replacement part to be sent out or we will pay the return shipping for you to return the item and get a full refund.
